Shanghi Girls and 3 other down.

Sanghi Girls has been my favorite boook that I have read this year. It takes place in Shanghi China in 1937 and ends in the USA in 1957. I love historical novels and this was a very good novel and pretty easy read. I challenge Mim and Sarah and all that read this blog to read it.
I have also read I am a Stranger Here too. by Bill Bryson. It is about Bill Bryson mooving back to the USA after living in England for 20 years. The book took place in the late 1990's. It would be intresting for him to write a book now since 9/11.
Fablehaven book 3 the 3rd book in the Fablehaven Series. It was good but not my favorite of the three I have read. These books are suppose to be for 4th to 5th graders and I felt he had a little too much going on. I do like the series though and will his next 2 books to finish the series.
The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown, fun fast pace. I have read read The Davinci Code a few years ago. I haven't read Angel and Demons, I think I will.
Yes I am only a eight of the way to 100 books. I am still in for the challenge. I love to read but I admit I do not read as fast as Mim. We will see how I do the next couple of months.
